About us
DSi: 25 Years of Innovation Serving Technology
Since its founding in 2000, DSi has established itself as a global leader in radiotracing measurements by providing cutting-edge technologies based on the use of radioisotopes to diagnose engine wear and characterize lubricants.
This approach, similar to nuclear medicine, has allowed DSi to contribute to the development of engines compliant with EURO IV, V, and VI standards. As part of its innovations, the company has filed 4 international patents.
Over the years, DSi has given rise to several spin-offs, creating new technological solutions:
- Scannix SA (2005): Specializing in ionizing radiation detection and radiation protection, this spin-off has seen impressive growth, doubling its revenue in 2024 thanks to innovative products focused on ionizing radiation detection and radiation protection in the hospital, nuclear, and industrial sectors.

- Scannix Green (2010): A key player in the refurbishment of particle filters for diesel engines, recognized with the prestigious SAE Award for its advances in lubricants compatible with these filters.
- Syscade SA (2023): A spin-off dedicated to the inspection of radioactive waste, developing mobile and compact solutions based on industrial radiography and gamma spectrometry techniques. After 2 years of operation, Syscade successfully completed the installation of a Gamma SGS station for the characterization of radioactive waste at the JRC center in ISPRA (Italy) and established several R&D partnerships with centers such as CEN-SCK Mol and CEA.

Very soon, DSi will launch its 4th spin-off, focused on real-time monitoring of industrial lubricant quality using intelligent and connected sensors (IoTs). These solutions will enable intelligent predictive maintenance to anticipate failures and optimize the performance of industrial equipment.
