Various configurations are available according to your applications in the automotive, lubricant and aeronautical industries. 'Inspect-Wear' is available with various types and sizes of detectors for both “residual” and “flow-through” methods, as well as various ancillary equipment such as cooling jackets, lead shields, measuring chambers, and support stands (tripods).
The heart of Inspect-Wear is a spectroscopy system associated to a powerful and user-friendly software called “ANSWear”. The hardware is based on MCA data acquisition boards (1 board per detector, 4096 channels). The system can be easily configured according to your specific needs: combination of NaI(Tl) and Ge detectors, simultaneous acquisition from detectors used for residual and concentration measurements, etc.

| Software
The software, “ANSWERS”, is a sophisticated program that performs a multitude of control and analysis functions to effect TLA/SLA/RNT experiments. It operates under Windows 98/XP and allows automatic saving of raw data (MCA spectra) on hard disk during the measurements, re-analysis of raw data with new parameters, and a very powerful stabilization routine that makes it possible to stabilize independently all detectors by directly using an energy line from the measured radio-isotope. As a consequence, gain stabilization is very efficient and detector cooling is required only when detectors are placed in the vicinity of a hot component (engine exhaust system for example).
